Our insurance agency is seeking an organized and efficient candidate for administrative duties and to support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist in establishing customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Initial service can include accurately processing payments, updating client records and contacts.
As your knowledge, skills and experience grow so will your roles and duties expand.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Qualifications:
Dedicated to learning and executing exceptional customer service skills Capabilities to lean multiple computer based programs, applications Able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance License (self driven) Proactive problem solving traits Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, typing

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
